袁小亚，博士、教授、博导，重庆市研究生导师团队“纳米碳基复合功能材料与应用”负责人、重庆诺奖二维材料研究院副院长（兼职），重庆石墨烯产业技术联盟副秘书长，重庆希瑞达科技有限公司创始人。主要从事碳基储能新材料、功能建筑材料等领域研发工作。近五年主持主研国家级、省部级等各类项目10余项、曾获省部级奖励2项。在国内外高水平杂志发表学术论文100多篇，其中SCI/EI检索收录60多篇，入选2022年Elsevier《全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2022年度）》。
