Yongbin Zhao, Ph.D., isthe professor of Suzhou Laboratory. He have been engaged in R & D andindustrialization of special polymer, resin-based nanocomposites, and newcarbon materials, mainly used in photoelectric display, new energy, automobilelightweight, new materials and other fields.

In 2012, he was approved the "Beijing OverseasStudy Personnel Merit-based Funding Program". In 2013, he was honored as"National Overseas High-level Talents" (one of the 14 people in the wholenation, also the only one in Beijing). and in 2022, he was awarded the sixthphase of "333 Talents" in Jiangsu Province Key Industry Talents, In2023, he was honored as an innovative talent of the "doubleinnovation" plan of Jiangsu Province. His more than 60 SCI papers havebeen published in Adv. Mater.AFMACS Nano NanoscaleRSC Adv.J. Power Sour., and otherinternationally renowned journals. He has applied for 3 international patents,more than 120 Chinese invention patents (more than 40 patents have been authorized). He has led orparticipated in 8 national, industry and group standards, and has given more than 50 conference reports in domesticand international academic conferences.

Abstract

At present, graphenethermal conductive film has been used in mobile phones, tablets, computers andother electronic products, and has gradually penetrated into 5G communications,new energy vehicles, energy storage and other fields. Currently, since the powerconsumption of 5G mobile phones is 2.5 times that of 4G, eventually, the poorheat dissipation leads to CPU frequency reduction and battery damage. Whilegraphene thermal conductive film has significant properties such as lightweight, controllable thickness, strong toughness, and high thermalconductivity, which ahould solve the key safety problems in thermal managementof high-power electronic products.

From the perspective of how to realize the pilot andindustrialization of graphene, this report focuses on the progress andachievements of R & D and industrialization at this stage. The graphenesynthesis, heat conductive film preparation process, pilot platform, productperformance, etc. are reported in detail.
