With the rapid development of high-power-density technologies such as artificial intelligence and electric vehicles, the demand for high-performance coolants featuring both efficient heat dissipation and long-term operational stability has become increasingly urgent. As a novel cooling medium using graphene as the core thermally conductive filler, graphene-based high-thermal-conductivity liquid coolant exhibits remarkable potential for advanced thermal management. However, practical applications are hindered by issues such as the low thermal conductivity of dispersants, graphene agglomeration and sedimentation, and the high viscosity that limits flowability. To address these challenges, this study proposes an innovative “three-dimensional thermal network–redisperible conductive core” structural design, achieving a synergistic enhancement in both thermal conductivity and flow stability. The developed low-temperature graphene coolant (with a freezing point of approximately −40 °C) demonstrated a more than 20% increase in static thermal conductivity compared with the base ethylene glycol/water mixture, while maintaining viscosity growth within onefold. In addition, it exhibited excellent redispersibility and system compatibility. This work provides a feasible technical route and practical foundation for the large-scale industrial application of graphene-based liquid coolants in efficient heat dissipation and high-power equipment thermal management.
