As the founder and General Manager of Dezhou GoldenBay Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., he is a Senior Engineer. Graduating fromNortheastern University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986, he hasdedicated himself to applied mechanical engineering research and automotiveengine technology development both domestically and internationally. Since2017, he has focused on developing graphene material technologies forautomotive engine lubricants and refining production techniques. The companyoffers large-scale supply of single-layer graphene with 99.9% purity andcontrollable dimensions as lubricant additives, boasting unique advantages. Itcurrently holds 13 graphene-related patent technologies.
Graphene, with its exceptional strength, ultra-smooth interlayer properties, high thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance, environmental friendliness, and abundant availability, has emerged as a rare lubricant material with unparalleled advantages. Despite persistent practical challenges, continuous advancements in graphene preparation techniques and improved hydrophobicity have gradually overcome the limitations of impractical applications. This report examines graphene variants that demonstrate superior performance in lubricants, outlines preparation methodologies, and analyzes the characteristics of commercially available graphene-based lubricants. Additionally, it highlights graphene's electrothermal properties that enhance fuel combustion efficiency, positioning it as a promising technological breakthrough in the automotive industry. Graphene will play an even more important role in saving energy and reducing emissions in cars.
