Study the chemical and physical changes that occur during the melt processing of graphene oxide (GO) enhanced and compatibilized polymer modified materials, and develop a new technology for large-scale preparation of GO modified polymer materials; Developing foam specific material technology using rare earth functional additives and (oxidized) graphene modification technology. Mastering the influence of rheological, crystallization, and melting behavior of modified polymer materials such as graphene oxide, rare earth functional additives, flame retardants, and conductive additives on the supercritical microcellular foaming behavior and cell structure of polymers, breaking through the key technology of new polymer supercritical fluid kettle pressure foaming, forming a complete set of technological innovation and integration of structural design formulation equipment process industrial application, conducting engineering demonstrations, and realizing the application of new polymer high-performance and functionalized polypropylene foaming materials in modern manufacturing industry.
