Yao Lijun, Chief Technology Officer of Ningbo Jiangfeng Electronics Materials Co., Ltd., is an expert of China's "Key Talent Program". He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, and a Doctor of Engineering degree from Hiroshima University, Japan.
Yao Lijun serves as a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Federation of Zhejiang Province, Vice President of the Western Returned Scholars Association of Zhejiang Province, Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Overseas High-Level Talents Association, and President of the Ningbo Overseas High-Level Talents Association.
Yao Lijun specializes in the R&D and production of ultra-high purity metal materials and sputtering targets for ultra-largesuperscript: manufacturing ultrasuperscript: of ultra-large-scale integrated circuit chips. The Jiangfeng Electronics founded by him has broken through the technologies of ultra-high purity metal material purification and sputtering target preparation, successfully entered the world's mainstream semiconductor chip manufacturing factories, broken the monopoly of international multinational corporations from the United States, Japan and other countries, and filled the gap in China. He has successively undertaken a number of national-level scientific research and industrialization projects, and has applied for 440 patents in total, including 390 invention patents.
Yao Lijun has won honors such as the Outstanding Contribution Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Outstanding Contribution Award of the National Science and Technology Major Project, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in China's Nonferrous Metals Industry, the Major Contribution Award of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Invention of Zhejiang Province, and the First Prize of Technological Innovation of Ningbo City. In January 2025, he was awarded the title of Special-grade Expert of Zhejiang Province.
