Liu Yue is an associate professor at the School of Internet of Things of Xi 'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She holds a bachelor's and doctoral degree in materials science from Nankai University, a joint doctoral degree from New Jersey State University in the United States, and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Padua in Italy. Selected into the "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project" of Liaoning Province, and honored with multiple awards including the Leading Entrepreneurial Talent of Wujiang District and the Chongben Talent of Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Liu Yue has long been dedicated to the research of cutting-edge functional materials, especially in the fields of ferroelectric materials, photoelectric films (including lithium niobate films), and the preparation of nanomaterials, where she has profound academic accumulation and rich scientific research experience. In recent years, its research focus has expanded to the study of the high-efficiency photocurrent characteristics of perovskite/graphene composite films, aiming to develop a new generation of high-performance optoelectronic devices.
