Dr. Peng received his B.S. degree in Physics at the University of Science & Technology of China in 1996, and M.S. degree in Solid-State Electronics at Shanghai Institute of Microsystem & Information Technology, CAS in 2000. And he received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Houston in 2006. After Post Doc. researches in USA (2007~2010), he established 2D Carbon Tech Co., Ltd with his partners at Changzhou in 2011. As the director of 2D Carbon R&D group, he, together with his colleagues, developed the first graphene-based capacitive touch panel in the world at the beginning of 2012, and built the first mass-production line with a capacity of 30K m2 graphene films per year in 2013. His current work involves Graphene film’s CVD large-scale manufacture and its commercial applications.
