Mr. Zhang, born in 1970, has been engaged in financial management and investment management business for nearly 20 years. He guided the investment of dozens of high-tech enterprises, including promoting the IPO of more than ten companies. He once served as the minister of finance, audit director in the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, deputy general manager of Shenzhen Leaguer Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and CEO of Shenzhen Leaguer Digital TV Co., Ltd. 

Now Mr. Zhang is serving the assistant of president in the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, the managing partner of Shenzhen Leaguer Angel equity investment fund partnership (limited partnership) and general manager of Shenzhen Grahope New Materials Technologies Inc. (GNM). In recent years, he has been committed to the investment and market development of graphene industry. Leaguer Angel has invested more than ten graphene enterprises, including two companies listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
