Dr. Feng graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is currently the deputy director and deputy chief engineer of the National Key Laboratory of ASICs of Hebei Semiconductor Institute. And he also is the chief expert of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, the expert of International Electrotechnical Commission. (IEC) . He published more than 100 SCI/EI papers. His research is now focusing on wide-bandgap semiconductor GaN, graphene, diamond and solid-state terahertz etc.
