Dr. Guqiao Ding, researcher and doctoral director of Shanghai microsystem Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and general manager of Shanghai Xiwang Materials Technology Co., Ltd. In 2007, he graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a doctor's degree and engaged in research and development in Dow chemistry and Changzhou University. In 2010, he joined Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and established a joint laboratory for graphene materials and applications. He has been engaged in graphene research for more than ten years. He has published 150 SCI papers, with a total of 4500 citations and h-index 36. In 2010, the company applied for the first graphene oxide preparation patent and obtained more than 50 authorized invention patents. In March 2018, Shanghai Xiwang Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded jointly by Shanghai microsystems Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangsu Yueda group. It is committed to providing large-scale preparation solutions for graphene materials and graphene application product solutions for the graphene industry. It has grasped the core technology and production process of mass production of graphene materials, and focused on expanding graphene in the heat Applications in management, fiber and biomedicine.

Abstract

  石墨烯材料是石墨烯行业发展的基础,定制化的、高度一致的石墨烯材料依然是石墨烯行业的瓶颈。我们从氧化还原制备石墨烯,到物理法制备石墨烯,再到电化学制备石墨烯,一直努力开发绿色的、精准可靠的石墨烯材料制备技术。在应用方面,单层石墨烯的理论导热系数高达5300W/ m·K,纯石墨烯导热膜可用于手机散热,石墨烯复合涂层可以形成比金属、陶瓷等更高的导热层。GO浆料涂布后,经干燥、分离、石墨化、压延,得到厚度为30-300微米、导热系数为1300- 1700W/ m·K的石墨烯薄膜。厚度100微米,热导率已超过1500W/ m·K,表明石墨烯薄膜比PI基人造石墨膜更有优势。我们将展示连续涂布、连续压延、卷绕,来讨论测试设备和测试标准。
