基于石墨烯的宏观薄膜以其在宏观状态下表现出的优异导电、导热和可弯折等特性,成为新一代电子器件材料。通过对石墨烯基宏观薄膜导电性的精确调控,进而明确石墨烯微观结构与其宏观导电性之间的关系,可以实现石墨烯薄膜的导电率进一步提高到金属数量级。这种具有超高导电导热的石墨烯薄膜材料有望突破传统金属材料的限制,开发出新型轻质、柔性射频电子器件及高功率界面散热材料。
