Session Co-chairs: Johan Liu, Shanghai University &Chalmers University of Technology, China
Session Co-chairs: Sebastian Volz, National Scientific Research Center; CNRS European Research Network, France
Owing to rapid thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, graphene is the excellent thermal materials, and can be used for the heat dissipation in functional devices. The symposium will discuss how to solve the key technical problems, such as the matching between graphene and metal materials, the contact between graphene and substrate, and so on.
