Poster Submission

In order to promote communication and cooperation for early- and mid-career scientists, the organizing committee is now collecting posters. After reviewed by the academic committee of GRAPCHINA, the posters will be exhibited during the conference and displayed on official website.

All student poster applicants will be exempt from conference fee if the abstract is accepted. The conference will also award prizes to the best poster presenters. Welcome to the fair.

Authors of posters must submit an English version via the online submission system. Requirement for the submission:

Topic should conform to the requirements of the conference, content should be innovative, scientific and practical, word fluency, focused, with a guiding significance to the theory or practice.

Abstract should include the title, speaker, and contact information, affiliation, key words, the body (including research background, purpose, methods, results and conclusion).

Authors of posters must finish registration before September 24.( After the student’s poster passes review, the organizing committee will revise the attendance expense from the backstage.)

As an international conference, in order to facilitate communication, the content should be written in English. Please control words and pictures within one page of A4 paper, Times New Roman, 11, single-space. Detailed abstract template is as follow.

Review:

After reviewing, the academic committee of the organizing committee will determine whether or not to accept the submitted abstract and poster. The organizing committee will contact author by email before Auguest 30, 2017.

The posters been reviewed will be made and pasted by the organizing committee.

Award Settings:

All posters will be on the nominee list, and the selection process will be executed by the academic committee. Quota is 20% of all posters.
