Chen Weiyuan graduated in 1998 from Anhui University with a major in Microbiology and is a Senior Engineer in Electronic Circuits. He has 27 years of industry experience in metallized chemicals and 17 years of experience in graphene research and applications. In 2008, he was recognized as a Senior Engineer in the PCB industry by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Industry. Since 2010, he has been engaged in graphene research and the replacement of chemical copper processes in PCBs. In 2018, he was appointed as a member of the New Materials & Graphene Expert Group by Shenzhen’s Economic and Trade Commission, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the Science and Technology Innovation Committee. In 2021, his "Graphene Metallization Process" won the "New Product Contribution Award" issued by the Shenzhen PCB industry. In 2022, he was named an Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker by the Guangdong PCB industry. He has participated in supporting over 20 research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Key R&D Program "Intergovernmental International Science and Technology Innovation" special project, as well as Anhui Province’s major breakthrough project "2024 Manufacturing Industry Talent Recruitment and Intelligence Introduction." He has published 5 technical scientific papers on the graphene industry and applied for over 60 patents.

目前市场上的几种金属化孔工艺都存在不可消除的技术缺陷,这种始于技术本身的缺陷或者所采用导电材料的性能缺陷,是无法通过技术改进而改善或者取得大的突破,传统金属化孔工艺的技术瓶颈成为关键阻碍。当前主流工艺如原子沉积技术(ALD)虽沉积效果好,但效率低、成本高,难以工业化;化学气相沉积(CVD)依赖高温有毒前驱体,成本高昂;物理气相沉积(PVD)灌孔能力差,需预沉积金属层,流程复杂;化学沉铜存在微孔气泡滞留、铜层结合力不足等问题;银浆塞孔则因固化差异导致分层与电阻不稳定。陈伟元作为赛姆烯金研发团队主要创始人,成功研发的石墨烯复合导电浆料(水性)及石墨烯金属化产品,该产品以石墨烯为核心原料,通过自主开发的石墨烯金属化技术(采用物理浸泡工艺实现铜替代,具有绿色环保、材料可回收、普适性强、安全节能,快速高效等特性)及玻璃基板TGV创新性石墨烯金属化技术(该技术一次性完成玻璃基板面和通孔金属化),该技术国内首创。
